European Coordination Hessische Staatskanzlei Wiesbaden, Department office Landesehrenamtsagentur Hessen (LEAH):
LEAH is an institution of the Hessian government for the promotion of the civil society. It supports local authorities and third sector organisations in all questions of civic engagement with special focus in the mobilisation and further development of the social participation of older people. In the European project "Teaming Up" (co-funded by DG Empl) LEAH coordinates the Hessian partnerships with 5 European countries. Furthermore, the director of LEAH is experienced in youth exchange and voluntary services for young people at European level.
